L’Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament (ANSM) a annoncé le retrait temporaire de six médicaments génériques en raison d’une mauvaise évaluation par Synapse Labs, bien que des alternatives thérapeutiques comparables existent pour ne pas perturber la prise en charge des patients. Un septième médicament, l’Ibuprofène Liderlens 400 mg, a également perdu son autorisation de mise sur le marché avant sa commercialisation, et une quarantaine d’autres médicaments bénéficient d’un sursis de deux ans pour de nouvelles études de bioéquivalence.
